This has helped to preserve a positive community atmosphere when it would have been very easy for emotions to flare up. This type of guidance has been valuable to us. You have helped us to navigate legal issues with the developer keeping legal expenses to a minimum. In addition to unusual problems that arise from time to time, you take care of the obvious community needs. You keep our financials squared away for all of our accounting needs to include tax reporting. You keep our community looking good, our pool maintained beautifully, repairs to our common area squared away every day. All of these benefits allow us to focus on enjoying our community not focus on the business of running our community. At a 12-unit condominium building in Kill Devil Hills, we have been in contract with Signature Touch since they're acquisition of Adlam Ventures in 2017. We managed comfortably with Adlam but have since flourished with STPM. The personal and hands-on relationship with ownership and their well-chosen senior managers has truly been a blessing. Repair and regular maintenance items get handled expediently and properly with seldom a need to re-address an issue. They have been extremely helpful and reliable in handling our annual budgeting and day to day financial operations. I have found that when necessary, they have chosen equally reliable and competent vendors to perform in areas in which they, to this point, lack training or a skill set. Overall, even though I am a hands-on HOA President (last 7 years) they have been everything I could ask for or want in a property management company.

As the representative for nine other co-owners, it is important that I have the trust of those I represent. For this to occur, I must trust the management company who oversees the operation of our house that we share. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with three different management companies and Signature Touch is by far the best. During the first meeting they (ST) let us know that it was our house, and their goal was to assist us with our needs as opposed to telling us what they do with other properties. If something needs attention, we have the option of handling it ourselves, hiring an outside contractor, or asking the staff at Signature Touch to take care of it. Marty Regan and his staff are very clear in their communications and respond in an appropriate time frame. Since none of my co-owners live at the house full time, it is extremely important that we know things are in the capable hands of the staff of Signature Touch especially when the house is not occupied. I highly recommend them to others looking for professional and personal service.

Signature Touch acts as a mediator with regards to disputes between homeowners which alleviates uncomfortable conversations between neighbors. Also, the day-to-day management/care of our community is taken care of, and I don’t have to get too involved. I’ve always experienced great lines of communication with ST. Communication, professionalism are top notch, and it makes my busy life more manageable.
